Legal notice and owner
Soul Magnets is a small family-run workshop based in Malaga, Spain, turning personal photos into magnets, keepsakes, and printed gifts.
For legal, order, or customer-care questions, you can write to us through the contact page and we will reply through the most appropriate channel.
The website, copy, designs, logo, own photographs, and Soul Magnets materials belong to Soul Magnets or their respective owners. They may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Terms of sale
Every order should be checked before confirmation: product, quantity, selected photos, crop, address, delivery method, and contact details.
Each order receives an order number. We use that number for tracking, support, production, pickup, shipping, and any issue that needs review.
If we see that a photo may print poorly because of resolution, format, crop, or a technical problem, we may contact you before printing to find a reasonable solution.
Personalised products
Magnets and prints made with customer photos are personalised products: they are made especially for that order and cannot be sold to someone else.
For that reason, once personalised production work has started, cancellation for a simple change of mind will normally not be available.
This does not affect your rights if the item arrives defective, damaged, wrong, or clearly not aligned with what was reasonably approved.
Payments and security
Online payments will only be enabled when the legal, fiscal, and Stripe setup is ready. Until then, test or manual orders must be treated as internal tests or controlled manual sales.
When Stripe is enabled, card details will be processed by the payment provider. Soul Magnets will not store your full card number.
If a payment fails or is not confirmed, we will not treat the order as paid. We will let you know so you can try again or ask for help.
Shipping and pickup
Available shipping or pickup options will be shown during checkout. Price, method, and required details depend on the order and delivery area.
If you choose local pickup, we will tell you how to identify your order and when it is ready. If you choose shipping, we need a correct and complete delivery address.
Any delivery timing shown before purchase must be realistic. If there is an important delay, we will try to let you know with a clear explanation.
Cancellations, returns, and reprints
For personalised products made with your photos, withdrawal for a change of mind may not apply once personalised work has started.
If we sell non-personalised products in the future, such as materials or tools without customisation, we will show their withdrawal policy separately before purchase.
If the mistake is ours, for example defective printing, the wrong item, damage before delivery, or a crop that is clearly different from what was approved, we will review the case and may offer a reprint, replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
To review an issue we need the order number, a clear description, and, where possible, photos of the problem.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Alongside our own workshop checks, consumer products have a legal guarantee when they are not in conformity with what was bought or arrive with a defect that should not be there.
For personalised products, the guarantee covers real conformity problems, but it does not cover issues caused by a very low-resolution photo supplied by the customer, insufficient image permissions, or a crop clearly accepted by the customer.
If you think there is a conformity issue, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photos of the problem so we can review it calmly.
Photos and permissions
We use uploaded photos only to prepare and support your order: previewing, cropping, printing, quality checks, reprints, and issue resolution.
We do not sell customer photos and we do not publish them on social media, ads, examples, or galleries without separate permission.
You must have the right to use the photos you upload. Avoid sending images of other people without permission, especially children or private content.
Privacy and personal data
We process the data needed to sell and deliver the order: name, email, phone, address, billing details, limited payment data, uploaded photos, crops, communications, order history, and technical security logs.
The main legal bases are fulfilling your purchase or request, complying with legal obligations, protecting the service, customer support, and, only if you consent, sending marketing messages.
We may use providers needed to operate: web hosting, database, photo storage, payments, email, WhatsApp, delivery, accounting, and technical support. They should access only what they need to provide the service.
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability where applicable. The final legal contact channel will be published before online payments are enabled.
Photo and order retention
We keep photos and order data while needed to produce, deliver, resolve issues, handle reasonable reprints, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service.
After that, we apply cleanup or anonymisation processes when identifiable data is no longer needed.
Some accounting, tax, or traceability data may be kept for legally required periods.
Support, complaints, and contact
If something is not right, contact us with the order number, the email used for purchase, and a clear description. For print or delivery issues, attach photos if they help review the case.
We want to handle problems with care and fairness: we will review what happened and tell you the best possible solution.
As an activity based in Andalucia, before launch we will have the official Junta de Andalucia complaints form available where applicable. If we receive a formal complaint, we will answer in writing within the applicable legal deadline.
Before online payments open, this page must link to the final legal email and the customer support channel used for complaints.
